Delivery time takes between 1 to 5 Business Days depending on  destination. Remote Areas and some places in NT and WA can take 10 business days (Contact us if you would like to know delivery time to your place)

Hammock Frames and Hammocks with Spreader Bars delivery details
 

No GPO Boxes for Frames and spreader bar hammocks, we use  a courier to  deliver them due to the size of the boxes and they do not accept PO Boxes, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

 Day Time Delivery Addresses or Work Places are preferable or if possible please let us know by email info@mexicanhammocks.com.au if it is a secure place to leave your package if nobody at home (For example at the back of the house, close to the Veranda, at the front door, etc).

General Policy for Returns:

Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order.

If your return is in any way a result of an error by MAYAN LEGACY, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to the return the merchandise and will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning after receiving the goods.

If the return is not a result of an error by MAYAN LEGACY, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). No refunds will be available after the 30-day period has expired.
