Freight
Freight may be applicable at cost unless otherwise agreed.
Transfer of Ownership
Ownership does not pass to the purchaser until goods are paid for in full and funds have been cleared.
General Policy for Returns:
Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order. If your return is in any way a result of an error by MAYAN LEGACY, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to the return the merchandise and will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning after receiving the goods.
If the return is not a result of an error by MAYAN LEGACY, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). No refunds will be available after the 30-day period has expired.
Cancellations and Modifications of orders
To Modify or to cancel an order please contact us immediately. Orders are dispatched in a time frame of 1 minute to 24 hours so the sooner you contact us the better. If your order have been shipped before you contact us to cancel or change the order you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s).
